SAF CBX25-30 Fusion

The CBX25/30 provides 30,000 lbs. load carrying capacity at creep speed (5 mph or less) and 25,000 lbs. capacity for on highway operation. Specifically designed to address additional load transfer to the primary suspensions when lift axles are raised which are typically encountered in tight maneuvering situations.

The CBX25/30 delivers additional load capacity through a larger air spring. This simplified approach allows for simple upgrades at the both the OEM and the fleet level resulting in less inventory and greater manufacturing flexibility.

Black Armour - SAF-HOLLAND‘S Advanced Corrosion Protection

The Black Armour metal protection process, unlike a primer, paint or powder coating, chemically bonds with metal to form a protective skin that is impervious to water and anti-icing chemicals. Optional Black Armour is paint compatible without pre-sanding. Black Armour will not shrink and remains flexible to resist gravel impingement. If scratched, Black Armour prevents the spread of creep corrosion.

SAF Fusion Beam Technology

Efficiently reduces beam weight without compromising beam strength or integrity. This is accomplished through the fusion of a proven cast beam and a fabricated tail section.

SAF Drum Brake - Standard

The SAF standard configuration features a 5.75" diameter axle tube with 16.5" x 7" extended life brake linings, intermediate cams, and industry standard tapered spindles.

Available options for the SAF Drum Brake include: Parallel Spindle, Dust Shields, 16.5" x 8.625" Drum Brakes, Fully Dressed Wheel Ends, Automatic Slack Adjusters, Brake Chambers and Tire Inflation Prep.

Swing Align

The industry's fastest and most convenient axle alignment system requiring no replacement parts or disassembly. Axle alignment is achieved by direct adjustment of the lead screw, requiring less than 250 ft. lbs. of torque.

Multi-Functional Pivot Bushing

Simple exterior void design prolongs bushing life and optimizes ride quality.

Air Springs

Multi-ported air inlets provide plumbing flexibility. High volume .375" ports are offset for simple installation.

MAX Valve

The MAX-VALVE™ is built to be used in multiple mounting configurations to maximize your application possibilities.
The unique slide-in mounting bolts allow the MAX-VALVE to be mounted with the bolts diagonal, horizontal, or vertical.
The valve itself can be mounted either horizontal or vertical; whichever fits your application the best.

MAXIMUM INTERCHANGEABILITY
- The MAX-VALVE replaces most height control valves on the market.
- The 90 degree push connect fittings and several length control arms included in every kit, allows the MAX-VALVE
to replace Height control valves on SAF-HOLLAND and competitive suspensions.
- A unique universal mounting system allows the MAX-VALVE to fit most mounting plates without drilling holes.
- The valve can be mounted vertically or horizontally.

Ventilation Channels

The rotor is cast from a high-strength friction-friendly alloy with special built-in conical ventilation channels to dissipate heat quickly and efficiently.

INTEGRAL Design

The proprietary bi-metallic rotor assembly works as a system to dissipate heat and control heat transfer. Unlike conventional disc systems that experience uncontrolled heat deformation leading to "hot spots", heat flow in the INTEGRAL™ system allows the rotor to expand in only a radial direction, keeping the braking surface flat and stable. Without lateral rotor deformation, harmful stress cracks and premature brake pad failure is significantly minimized.
